CANImmunize is a free, bilingual tool to track your immunizations on your smartphone and help you get vaccinated on time. Everyone can use CANImmunize, from new parents and families with older children to travelers and adults.

24/7 – Carry your immunization information wherever you go: Access your vaccination records between your smartphone, tablet, and soon also on your computer. Bring your vaccination records with you if you move to a new province or territory.
Schedule – Find the vaccination schedule for your province, as well as information and regional resources about immunization
Discover – Tips to help prevent pain and anxiety at every age: Find out how to take the pain out of immunization for every age, from kids under age three to teens and adults, to ensure that everyone is protected from serious disease.
CANImmunize and your privacy
CANImmunize was developed at The Ottawa Hospital. OTN is helping to make it available with the support of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
The Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) is a not-for-profit organization funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. OTN has partnered with CANImmunize to help make digital vaccination records more widely available in Ontario. Respect for privacy and the protection of information in an online environment are priorities for OTN. CANImmunize offers users privacy options. Any information you choose to provide to CANImmunize will be subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms.
