About BounceBack® Ontario

With BounceBack®, adults and youth 15+ can learn skills through online videos and telephone coaching to help manage symptoms of mild to moderate depression and anxiety. The program is free to people in Ontario and available in multiple languages.
To participate in the program, you can either get a referral from your primary care provider or self-refer by providing your primary care provider’s contact information with BounceBack®. Within five days of registering for the program, you will be contacted by Bounceback® with next steps towards feeling better.
Self-guided videos are also available online and can be accessed through bouncebackontario.ca.
Who is the program for?
The Canadian Mental Health Association’s BounceBack® program is available to Ontarians aged 15+ through funding provided by the Government of Ontario.
BounceBack® and your privacy
The Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) is a not-for-profit organization funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. OTN has partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to help make the BounceBack® program available in Ontario. Respect for privacy and the protection of information in an online environment are priorities for OTN. The CMHA offers users privacy options. Any information you choose to provide to the CMHA will be subject to Privacy of the organization. For this reason, it is essential that you read CMHA’s Privacy page before deciding to register with and use BounceBack®.
